Low mood, aversion to activity, loss of interest, loss of feeling pleasure are some major symptoms that are detected in manly most of people who depressed. 

Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel as if life isn't worth living.

 And sleep is also a best thing what can we do in our life to becoming a strong mental health person but we sleep in unregular manner that can increase our depression level . 

We should whant to sleep well for our best mental health and it is necessary to drink water more than 4 liter water per day for a strong and faster brain it's help much more for a good and active mind .
